With reference cited above, I Mrs. Y. Adi Lakshmi, my husband Mr. Lenin B. Yadla and my daughter Ms. Geeta Priya residents of Srisailam A.P, bring the following to your kind notice with a request to take action as early as possible.

Sri Sailam C.I. had called on us on 7th and 8th March of this year and taken our statements regarding our complaint on Mr. Ramoji Rao, in which we stick on our claim about Mr. Ramoji Rao`s organized harassment on us.

Since the harassment is going on us severely, we tried to meet C.I. of Sri Sailam with all particulars. But he is out of station. That’s why we are lodging this complaint onto your desk with a request to take immediate action on them and protect us from their organized harassment.

With reference cited above, I Mrs. Y. Adi Lakshmi, my husband Mr. Lenin B. Yadla and my daughter Ms. Geeta Priya residents of Srisailam A.P, bring the following to your kind notice with a request to take action as early as possible.

You had called on us on 7th and 8th March of this year through your P.C.s and taken our statements regarding our complaint on Mr. Ramoji Rao, in which we stick on our claim about Mr. Ramoji Rao`s organized harassment on us.

Within 5 days, I had received cancellation orders of my room allotment from Devasthanam with reference of their staff representation, which I enclose for your ready reference.

Regarding that, Mr. Ramanayya, contract labor, attender cum cook to Mr. Krishnayya argued with the group of parents of my students on 30-03-`07 in our room, when they tried to convince him and to help us, as “This Madam had visited police station twice, so that C.I. had called on our ladies to give statements and our D.E.O. had given such written statements. So we all of 5 families on the ground floor put a petition to E.O. to vacate this Madam from here.”

Our students` parents tried to explain him as “Those statements are no way connective to this matter and it is connected to Mr. Ramoji Rao and the C.I. had called on Madam, but she didn`t put complaint here, it was at New Delhi. So leave this cancellation of allotment matter.” But he did not agree and left.

Later as a group of 15 members, my students` parents and we approached Mr. Krishnayya on 30-03-`07 at his residence. He said that, “I never saw such a lady. Being woman, she put complaints on gents. She put complaints on Ramoji Rao, Chandra Babu Naidu and on me. The S.I. came to my house and taken my statement. Why should we face such troubles from her by giving room to her? So I cancelled it. She must vacate.”

Sir, in this connection, I put a question politely to your good self- is there any rule that women should not put complaints on gents if they do disputes? In democratic country anybody can complaint on disputes. If I put complaint on Mr. Ramoji Rao that to 15years back in 1992 and in sequence in 2006 what is problem to this man? I did not put complaint on him to you even on 09-05-`06 regarding fake phone from Mr.Ramanayya. The copy is enclosed for your ready reference.

As we could not convinced him to recall the cancellation and time extension, as a group of 20 parents we approached E.O. on 31-03-`07; at his office with a request to give at least 8 weeks time to locate another suitable place to our school and to conduct final exams. He accepted to give 5 weeks time i.e. up to 08-05-`07.

At that time, he said, “As our Devasthanam is facing scarcity of accommodation, we are vacating all the private people. When I enquired 31 members of my employees who are on long leave, they claimed no accommodation to work here. That’s why my immediate agenda is to provide accommodation to my employees. You are thinking about your children, like that I am thinking about my children. All employees are my children like. My priorities are medicine and accommodation. This cancellation is not complaints regarding. Here rooms and cottages are not in proper use. Some attenders are enjoying big cottages where as higher officers etc are suffering with lack of accommodation. So I`m going to regulate them. From somewhere I have to begin. So I begin with this school, that’s all. All of you, parents are witness if they don`t vacate on 08-05-`07. I also know little bit legal. If I get transfer from here, I quote in this computer, So that my successor will continue this. You mind it.” We expressed our thanks to him and taken leave from his cabin.

Sir, we know that he know good law because he done his MBBS and LLB. We are not questioning his authorities and responsibilities. But in Sri Sailam, around 370 permanent employees are there. The rest of all contract employees and daily wages contract labor, doing 4th class service. While compare with their sweeper service, or attainder service or cook service, is a teacher service not eligible to enjoy allotment of accommodation? Though the contract labor is doing service to Devasthanam, they are not employees to Devasthanam directly. They are working under private labor contract, where as we are also doing service to local people i.e. permanent employees, other dept. like police and postal, market people. We are not teaching to pilgrim`s children.

On the other hand, here so many retired people are living in the same big cottages since years of long time as their sons or daughters are doing as contract labor. So many transferred people are continuing in the cottages by giving them on sub-lease. For example Mr. Phanidhara Prasad has two wives, for them he has two big cottages, that to he got transferred and suspended on 06-01-`07 at Mahanandi. And so many private people are there in Sri Sailam since years.

Mine is not a cottage, but a single room, they need it in urgency. I don`t mind to vacate it or if unalternative, I don`t mind to leave place i.e. Sri Sailam, it is not a subject. But, is this not an organized harassment? They are saying one thing and doing another. Saying one thing on oral and doing, writing another on paper. Off the record, E.O. is supporting D.E.O. as we put complaints on their employees, so that they cancelled my room. This all, they are doing wantedly.

I try to expose it with evidence to your good self. Before going to request E.O. with group of parents for time extension, I met him in his office on 29-03-`07 with a requisition dt. 27-03-`07 to recall the cancellation. He regretted it. With that reference, Mr.Krishnayya issued evection order on 11-04-`07. As I refused to take that, they sticked it on my room door. The copy of it I`m enclosing for your ready reference. When our students` parents tried to remind the time extension, Mr. Krishnayya and Mr. Madhusudhana Reddy said that they didn`t receive it from E.O., so that they executed previous regretted requisition. On the other hand, Mr. Madhusudhan Reddy spread several stories on day by day. On 22-03-`07, he told to one of the parents that, “The ground floor people of 5 family ladies approached E.O. and complained on Mrs. Adi Lakshmi about her complaints in police station. Because of her pressure, police C.I. called on ladies and taken statements from them. On every day Mrs. Adi Lakshmi used to scold them as ‘I had put complaints on Ramoji Rao, Chandra Babu Naidu, so that I won’t tolerate you! Hence they requested E.O. to vacate her from Devasthanam room.[The fact is I didn`t lodged complaint on Ramoji Rao etc. at your station, and I put it at Dock Section, South Block, New Delhi at P.M.O. I didn`t know that you had taken statements from them till that day.] Following that E.O. marked that representation dt.10-03-`07 to P.A. to E.O. Mr. Krishnayya. He enquired into the matter and decided that ‘Yes. Mrs. Adi Lakshmi is that kind of person. She used to quarrel with each and every body. So the accommodation allotment is cancelled!’ Hence result is cancellation order to me on 13-03-`07. Their administration is that much fast. But ironically, they didn`t receive my requisition on which 5 weeks time extension is committed by their E.O. even for about 10 days i.e. from 31-03-`07 to 11-04-`07. In fact, I never speak about Ramoji Rao to anybody on floor i.e. at Sri Sailam except at your police station.

On 26-03-`07, Mr. Madhusudhana Reddy told to another parent that we had compromised [with ground floor people? Or with whom, on what, we surprised] and written some commitments, so that the room cancellation was recalled.

On 11-04-`07, he told to another parent Mr. Sudhakar [P.C.] that the E.O. did not put initial on your representation dt. 31-03-`07 for the time extension. He told another parent that the file was missed somewhere so that they reacted on previous rejection. To another parent, he said that the E.O. did not send it to them, by keeping it in his table drawer, he might be forgotten to forward.

When the E.O. bounded all the parents who ever approached him on 31-03-`07 as they are witness for our commitment to vacate on 08-05-`07 after 5 weeks, how can he forget to send it to concern clerk? Whose play or ‘politics’ is this? Did not E.O. send to clerk or by keeping in pending, did D.E.O. had played this?

Such that the C2 clerk Mr. Madhusudhana Reddy is playing psychologically on us. What is such need for him to do so, he might know?

In 2006, at the time of water harassment, I put complaints and requests to the then E.O. to solve the problem with topography of water supply system as we i.e. 1st floor people were suffering from water scarcity on each and every day and the surrounding were over flown with water. We requested to E.E. Mr. Rami Reddy [then] and A.E. Mr. G.M.R. as a group of victims, the 7 families of 1st floor, we approached personally E.E. and A.E. They tried to solve water problem by removing unauthorized stand taps, which caused pressure dropping so that water scarcity was creating and those taps were arranged by Mr.Ramanayya. When they were transferred, again the stand taps were refixed and at that time only, I received a phone threaten on Mr. Ramanayya`s cell about which I put complaint to you on 09-05-`06 and I enclose it for your ready reference as well the complaints / requests to E.O. & E.E.

After that water problem was solved, the ground floor people i.e. Mr. Ramanayya batch started to harass on kids urinate problem. At that time also, your P.C.s Mr. Yagna Purushudu, Mr. Sai, Mr. Munuswamy tried to solve it and to help us as their kids are studying in our pre-school. With whom support Mr. Ramanayya harassed us in all possible angels?

What is their motive to harass me like this? If they leave my room, is Sri Sailam washing off in flood? There is no personal touch or agony in-between Mr. Krishnayya and us. We never meet him or cross him in previous except one occasion i.e. we met him in his office cabin to express our thankfulness on the room allotment in September 2004. Within two years, how such agony developed in him on us? When his attender told so many things [gossips etc.] on us, what is his need or interest to entertain all such?

Since years, we are fighting against this harassment administratively. Here you can enquire the local people and justify the truth. Resemble harassment I faced at Surya pet, and I mentioned it in my complaint to P.M. on which you had taken our statements on 08-03-`07.

During Nara Chandra Babu Naidu’s Government, rules were neglected to harass us. During Y.S. Rajasekhara Reddy’s government, rules are amended to harass us. In previous Govt., as a single, they targeted us in case of water, current etc. In present Govt., as a group in to which I belong; they targeted to harass us in case of water, current and room allotment etc.

Persons will change. But mode of harassment does not change. Hence, I`m claiming that, Mr. Ramoji Rao is right behind this harassment. What is such need, he should explain and he should know. He is capable to plan and implement the assassination of Prime Ministers of India. Ex Prime ministers like V.P. Singh etc national leaders used to pay their visits to him before 1992, about which I intimated to the then P.M. of India Mr. P.V. Narashimha Rao in my complaint dt. 03-06-`92. To such a capable man, is it problem to amend rules in this small Devasthnam?

For the sake of exams of our students, we suffered from all this patiently. Since we completed our commitment of ethics, now we are approaching your good self with a request to take action on them and protect us from their organized harassment.
