Scanned Copies of Original Documents

To facilitate the reader, I kept typed complaints where as I had lodged the complaints to concern authorities with manual script. I had done same after translating, wherever the complaints and correspondence are in Telugu, my mother Tongue, the local language of Andhra Pradesh, India. I enclosed the scanned copies of originals wherever it is needful to the readers to identify the truth.

  1. Madam, this is a very tedious and crude way of posting docs or pics to our blog. There are a couple of smart methods to do this, which look elegant to the readers.

    METHOD - 1

Arrange all your pics as a slide show in your post. How to do it ? Click on the following link :

    METHOD -2

Make your pics into a PDF file. for this purpose, download a free PDF making software from the following URL :

    http://www.download.com/PrimoPDF/3000-10743_4-10264577.html?tag=mncol

This software is bulky one. So it will take longer time to download and install But don/t get despirited. Bear with it. After you installed this, you will see an entry "PrimoPDF" in the printer set up under the file File menu. If you want to make a PDF select PrimoPDF, fill the necessary dialog boxes and wait. To view a doc converted into PDF, please download a free software called Acrobar PDF Reader from the following link :

    http://www.download.com/Adobe-Reader/3000-2378_4-10000062.html?tag=mncol

But it makes a very bulky download. So if you want to settle for a light-weight software which serves the same purpose, please download and install Foxit Reader from the following link :

    http://www.download.com/Foxit-Reader/3000-2079_4-10313206.html?tag=mncol

Afterwards, for merging different PDF docs into one single e-book, download the following free software :

    http://www.download.com/PDF-ReDirect/3000-10743_4-10255233.html?tag=mncol

Then open an on-line free library site called http://scribd.com and sign up there. Upload your e-book into the site. It will give you an Embedding code. Copy it faithfully and paste the same in your blog's Post Editor (the save Compose Box whwere you generally type your matter). Say PUBLISH. That's all. The code will create a Youtube-like screen on the publicly visible page of your blogpost in which your readers will be able to read your PDF Doc by scrolling a side bar up and down. To know how to do this exactly, please visit the folowing link :

    Good Luck with the above.
