I, Dr. K.Anjeneyulu , E.N.T. Specialist, resident of Surya pet , Nalgonda (Dist.) bring the following to your kind notice with a request to make justice to my daughter and other sincere & worthy students like her.
My daughter Miss. Rama Devi had appeared Inter (Bi.P.C.) 2000 Exams & EAMCET -2000 (Medicine), she had taken coaching for EAMCET for one year at a Private tuition home at which she worked with 1000 teaching hours and practiced 8000 to 9000 Questions of Physics & Chemistry for several times and undergone No. of tests including with the practice of OMR(optical mark reader). In biological sciences I, myself had taught her. In home also without watching the T.V. even she done hard working and sincere industry. She is able to do any EAMCET paper such as previous or model papers wherever is published. I, my daughter and her Lecturer also had confidence on her seat secured rank.
She done well in EAMCET 2000 and after releasing the key she could count 163+ marks out of 200 with perfect memory. Her internal Exams record in the coaching home also supporting it. My elder daughter is doing her Chemical Engg. 3rd year in S.V. Engineering College, Surya pet. With her little experience, she supported the Quality of coaching & Mode of internal tests.
As the back ground, Smt. Adi Lakshmi Physics Lecturer is my daughter coach. She had career record of Rank 126 in Engg. (Secured 48/50 in Physics) in EAMCET 99 along other 22 ranks on single hand and state 16th rank of Engg. In EAMCET 98, as one of faculty at Excel Jr. College, Guntur. She has experience on EAMCET ground & bagged good ranks as faculty & on single hand since 4 to 5 years.
Here the local colleges have revelry on her. Actually in June 98, Brilliant
Jr. College , Surya pet brought her from Guntur and announced that she has 13 years experience in ViKas & Excel Jr. College, Guntur for Rs. 1.10 lacks per Annam. But in the middle of year, the college management had bounced the salary and hence being non local approached the police station. In the view of cheating, the police dept. had helped her .So that she continued in service finally fetched the ranks.
That's why though the same college requested her to continue in the service for next year, she refused and started tuitions in home. Later Triveni Jr. College approached her on the year salary of Rs. 1.00 lack & accepted her condition to continue her tuitions. At the admissions time, these college people are doing such tricks & later they can't continue the faculty. For the sake of quality coaching in Physics, I got T.C. for my daughter in Sr. Inter (Jr. Inter she done at Hyd.), I brought her to Surya pet & put her in Triveni Jr. College. There I did not satisfied with time table hence I joined her in tuition.
The College Management preasureriged me to quit the EAMCET tuition for which I refused. In the middle of year, some controversy was happened in between the Lecturer and college, she left the service. As I heard the college had bounced Rs.32,000/- of salary. At the moment also, college had harassed my daughter to stop to go to tuition. During September 99, college had requested me to attempt betterment Exam for that also I did not obliged since my daughter got good marks in Jr. Inter itself and she was not willing full to spoil her concentration on EAMCET.
Later I came to know that the college had leaked the September 99 Jr.Inter public paper. Every year they get Jr. Inter public paper in September (supplementary) & Sr.Inter public paper in March. But due to local competition, they got Jr. Inter paper also in March 2000. I had the first hand information about it. They gave paper to students who are favorable to them.
This year they done dispute in EAMCET ranking also. In which my daughter had taken coaching had done 1000 hours industry (from Aug 2nd 99 to May 2nd 2000) with standard reference books (nearly 8000 to 9000 Questions) they practiced several times under the guidance of experienced Lecturer. She attempted EAMCET 2000 test satisfactorily & claiming 163+ marks after the release of key. But she bagged only 5403 Rank against our expectation of below 1500.
On the other hand, without single hour coaching, reference books & Model Exams (my daughter practiced 70 model Exams in her coaching home with OMR), the Triveni college students' bagged ranks of 7271 in medicine. Same case in Engineering also. The other students in private coaching home done well in EAMCET 2000, & claiming to fetch seat secured ranks after release of key with sincere effort of experienced coaching with standard reference books & tests. But there is 100% failure. No. student out of 5 got ranks. But in Triveni college without any working utterly, they bagged ranks. That to their students were not able to with stand with Nalanda coaching centre for short term as Nalanda offered free coaching for students who got more than 420 marks in Jr. Inter. Within 2 days most of Triveni students returned to home. That is their working capacity and I.Q. They were not able to work continuously for 8 hours per day during short term even, whereas my daughter had worked for 15 hours per day continuously for 300 days.
Here I`m sensing some dispute, In the college management, the main director Mr. k. Krishna Reddy is Non Medical Assistant in Leprosy ward (i.e., ward boy ) in Govt. Hospital, Surya pet. 5 to 6 years back they convicted in Mass coping & that year students batch lost their academic year. By investing money the college could escaped from that dispute. For this year public paper leak I can conform you about the crime.
Now in EAMCET 2000 I am sensing dispute. On the other hand I heard that the college people had fetched lacks of rupees from private loans in April 2000. Since long time Mr. Krishna Reddy was not attending the service as he arranged his dummy in Hospital. But from February he was attending his duty promptly. This also provokes my sensing of dispute.
With money they are killing the Quality & sincere working & worth. Being Parent is it my crime to effort for Quality sincere coaching for my daughter?
Sir, is it justice to nullify the sincere working, worth & talented people with money ?
My daughter got desperate with this background. Sir, I request your good self to enquire this issue and make justice to sincere working for the sake of work spirit.

With the reference cited above we Mrs. Y. Adi Lakshmi , Mr. Lenin B. Yadla private tuition lecturers bring the following to your kind notice with a request to make justice to us.
We lodged complaint about the disputes in IPE & EAMCET 2000 Exams on behalf of our student Rama Devi and her father Dr. K. Anjeneyulu as cited above. We can understand the Government policy and hence we are waiting for the justice with patience. We observed that September 2000 IPE papers we not leaked and we are thankful to your good self about it. But mean time we are facing harassment from local people who are supporting these disputes.
Here at Surya pet, the private & Govt. educational field is under the control of Govt. teachers union, Mr. T.L. Narasimha Rao and Kollu Madhusudana Rao who were retired Govt. teachers. The former is ``Best awarded Teacher of A.P. `` and the later is ``Best awarded Teacher in India ``. But along with Govt. Teachers Union, they are the God fathers of all disputes in educational field such as IPE & 10th Exam paper leaks, Mass Copying, Impersonations and scholarship goals. With their ``Ashirwadham``(blessings) only anybody or any educational institute can lead at Surya pet. We can give examples as Triveni Jr. college, Little flower school, J.R.R. Grammar school & Anjali school etc for your ready reference. Most of the children of Govt. teachers are gathered there only. In the management of almost of all schools, at least one member is a Govt. teacher.
With this back ground, they are harassing us financially and socially since we lodged complaint against their disputes by using their local pressures (either by force or fear) they are dropping our IIT basics and EAMCET students. Recently our spoken English students batch (around 15 students among them 10 belong to state Govt. Employees) had stopped to come to the classes at the end of the course (just 10 days before the farewell party for which they planned to celebrate ) and started bad propaganda on us. But we fulfilled our coaching so that they are able to speak in English with fluency within 3 months. Hence our 2nd batch was dropped utterly though two members have already joined in the course but not attending now. Such that, they are harassing us financially.
On the other hand our house owner Mr. Ratnam harassing us to vacate the house suddenly and in-facilitating us by removing fixations, water taps etc, though we are paying rent promptly as 2000/-Rs. towards rent per month and 100/-Rs. as water charges per month. Actually at the time of accommodation in the house we requested at least one year stay for which they accepted. But now, within 5 months, they are demanding us to vacate. But no house owner is willing full to give the house to us, and when one or two are ready to give but they are offering very high price such as 2600/-Rs. for single bedroom portion. Recently Mr. Chinta kuntla Narayana Reddy, working in Municipality had given such offer to us. We don`t know that much of rents here at Surya pet. 6 months back also such houses are at 1600/-Rs range. such that by using their local pressures, they are seizing our income and driving us to high expenditure with crucked plans.
On the other hand, regularly they are sending fake enquires to us and by knowing our motives, they are troubling us in all possible ways. Ex students of Brilliant Jr. college will come for enquiry but nobody will come to the classes as per their commitment to come.
Like this, we are affecting the undeclared social boycott. As per the spread in Town, unless we have the ``Ashirwadham``(blessings) from T.L.Narasimha Rao & Kollu Madhusudhana Rao , cannot lead life here. Their assets and income also supporting this talk. There is a rumor that Mr. Kollu Madhusudana Rao has a petrol bunk at Guntur District. Here also they have multi storey building and all.
Such that they are able to trouble the weak & non-local like us. In this juncture we are not able to understand whether we are living in Andhra Pradesh or Bihar. Sir, can`t we have right to live anywhere in Andhra Pradesh?
We can give one more example of their local grip on town, at surya pet. For more than one year SITY CABLE and IN CABLE had given cable service to public for Rs. 35/- per month due to their mutual competition. At the ending of 1999 both of them compromised and at a time they increased the cable charges from 35/-Rs to 90/-Rs. Then public refused to pay such high charge and formed cable consumers forum by local youth Dr. Sarat Kumar, others and claimed that the charge should not be more than 50/-Rs. By nullifying them and claiming that Doctor was living at Surya pet where as his Govt. service is at somewhere , in SITY CABLE local news (such that by showing his mistakes in his service, they black mailed him ) Mr. T.L.Narasimha Rao as claimed that his forum is the original consumers forum and declared cable charges as 75/-Rs. per month. There is a talk, that the SITY CABLE owner Mr. Uppala Rajendra Prasad had given large amount of money to Mr. T.L.Narasimha Rao for this favor.
That much is their grip on town. On the screen Mr. T.L.Narasimha Rao & Kollu Madhusudhana Rao, have some misunderstandings. But behind the screen, they are syndicate. The same case with schools and colleges here.
Sir, with such local grip, the local schools, colleges and Govt. teachers syndicate under the leadership of Mr. T.L.Narasimha Rao and Kollu Madhusudhana Rao harassing us and their courage is we can`t complaint on them since we have no proofs except the logical proof.
In this juncture, we request your good self to enquire the truth in this issue and save us from their harassment and make justice to us immediately.

We can understand the Government policy and hence we are waiting for the justice with patience. Meanwhile we are facing harassment from local people who are supporting these disputes.

On the other hand, our house owner Mr. Ratnam & Mrs. Bhagya lakshmi are demanding us to vacate the house immediately with their support. Though, we secured oral commitment for 1-year stay in the house at the time of accommodation and we are paying rent promptly as Rs.2000/- as rent and Rs.100/- water charges per month. Just we occupied the house in middle of March 2000, within 5 months they are demanding us to vacate by showing different reasons daily. But no house owner is willing full to give house to us. If one or two are ready to give, but they are offering very high & non-reliable rents. Recently Mr. Chinta kuntla Narayana Reddy, the municipality tax employee had given such offer as 2,600/-Rs for single bad room portion. We never watched such abnormal rents at Surya pet.
Such same situation had arisen with our previous house owner Mr. Madhusudhana Rao, so that we shifted to this. Since he refused to repay our advance amount, we had secured help from police station only. That's why we offered to Mr. Rittman our present house owner to deposit the advance amount in police station to get settlement on the day of vacating house, but he is refusing and removing fixation, water taps etc. He locked door yester day & later his wife removed it & being local, he is threatening us.
Regularly the college managements sending fake enquiries to us and by knowing our motives, they are troubling us in all possible ways. Like this, they are seizing our income and dragging us high expenditure and nasty situations.
Like this, we are affecting the undeclared social boycott. In this juncture, we are not able to understand whether we are living in Andhra Pradesh or Bihar.
Actually, we are natives of Guntur, and when I was working at Excel Jr. College Guntur, Brilliant College of Surya pet approached me so that I came to Surya pet for Rs. 1.10 lacks, year contract for which he bounced to pay full amount after the fulfillment of 0.60 lacks. At that time, I completed 80% of the syllabus. So that we approached for police help and had secured justice there.
That's why next year I did not liked to do service in this college and started tuitions in home. But Triveni Jr. college people approached me for service and I convinced so that joined in service as parallel with tuitions. But the same case raised here also. They bounced 32,500/-Rs. Though I completed the 80% of syllabus. But this time I did not gone for police help. From that day my troubles are started.
Their courage is that we cannot give any evidence except the logical proof. Hence, we request your good self to enquire the truth in this issue and help us.

With reference cited above I, Mrs. Y.Adi Lakshmi, Private Tuition Lecturer bring the following to your kind notice with a request to save our life & respects immediately.
As I approached the Superintendent of Police, Nalgonda with a request to protect us from the harassment, after observing everything, the Hon`ble Officer responded with humanity and asked me to meet C.I. of Surya pet Town. He made telephone to him & given a note on my complaint, which is enclosed for your ready reference.
When I approached C.I. Mr. A.M.Khan, he said welcome to me & he can solve all of my problems. He asked me whether he have to warn either my house owner or Triveni college authorities for which I said that I don`t know in which manner, he can solve, after all my request is to solve my problem & let me lead peaceful life. At the same time, I told him that I have faith on police.
For 20 days from 19-10-2000 to 07-11-2000 the C.I. & S.I. did not called me. But all of a sudden on 08-11-2000, they dealt me like 420 & declared that my house owner is innocent. So that, I have to vacate the house within 3 months. They pressured me to give such written commitment, which I enclose for your ready reference.
They claimed me that I`m not behaving well with them. But sir, I know how to respect higher officers & police officers. Before entering into teaching line, I was the manufacturer of Lead acid Batteries. I was supplier to APSRTC under the managing director of Sri H.J. DORA, to police Transport organization under the lead of Sri P.V. Naidu.
I came from respectable family & leading dignified life in society. By bringing a dispute to your kind notice am I became as 420? Is it my crime? Before lodging complaint to police, I was under undeclared social boycott. But now under declared social boycott. On whomever I quoted the organized harassment on me are showing grievance and hesitation on me. I`m not able to understand this since C.I. told me that he is doing secret enquiry on my complaint. In such case, how everybody knows it?
Sir, such that I lost faith on Surya pet Town C.I. & S.I. of police. I enclosed the list of events as date & time wise for your ready reference. I suspect that the nonstop enquiry will be there on me with rough treatment & no more enquiries will be there on my deponents.
Hence, I request your good self to lift this embracing enquiry on me from police C.I. and S.I. or advice me to withdraw my complaint.

He made telephone to C.I. and given a note on my complaint. 3.I approached C.I. Mr. A.M.Khan & he said welcome to me and promised to solve my problems. He introduced S.I. Mr. B.R. Naik as that he can help me in his absence. He asked me whether he have to warn either Triveni College Krishna Reddy or House owner. I said that nothing is particular for me but I want to Lead peaceful life. So that to have help. He said that he could. |

03-11-2000 5:30 AM: | 1. Mrs. Bhagya Lakshmi, Mr.Ratnam used vulgar tongue and declared that they can through my belongings on to the road. Mr.B.R.Naik, the S.I. is her servant maid`s relative. So that no problem for her. She said, "You had studied degrees but you have no intelligence. You should not lodge complaints, instead of that you have to discuss the things and you have to compromise with others. You have the habit to pay visits around police station. In previous, you have the record as complained on Brilliant Junior College. You are lodging complaints on all. If you have dareness, go to police station. I have no fear". For this, I suspected something wrong somewhere. So that I remained in silence. |

07-11-2000: 11.00 AM: 7.30 PM: | 1. A man with Khaki uniform [without name and PC No. display on uniform] Declared his name as Mr.Saidulu came to my house on Mr. Ratnam`s vehicle and asked me to come to station as my house owner had lodged petition on S.I. table. So that, S.I. was calling me. Immediately I gone to station but sentry Mr. Ram Reddy told me that both C.I. & S.I. had gone to Nalgonda. So that I have to try after 5.00 P.M. 2. Another man with Khaki uniform [this time also no name and PC No. display on uniform] came to my house on my owner`s vehicle and said ``Call your husband. S.I. is calling him. `` When I said that we are coming after changing dress with in ten minutes, he did not allowed me. Hence, I suspected that my crucked enemy could kidnap my husband. Then I said that I`m the petitioner. So that, I can come but not my husband. 2. I took conformation of appointment from C.I. for 5.30 PM. 3. I approached C.I. at police station. He said to some P.C. ``Who said to these people to vacate the house? There is no such need until case closes. Convey this to your S.I. `` He told me that he heard that some petition is lodged against me on S.I. table, so I have to come after 10 minutes or on next day since S.I. was not available at that time. So I left from station. 4. I again approached station to meet S.I. since somehow I did not liked to post pone it for next day. At that time, my house owner was there. In his presence S.I. dealt me like 420 & said ``what? What is wrong I call you for Enquiry? Are you the Prime Minister of India? Why did you say that you could give a ring to C.I. when I called on you? `` With these dialogues, he enquired me. When I replied him that I suspected kidnap of my husband by my enemy hence after taking confirmation only I came to station. But they [both C.I. & S.I.] put Deaf ear to my arguments. C.I. declared that my deponents are their petitioners and both of we are equal to him. When I referred about Triveni college people Coup he asked my house owner Mr. Ratnam `` Is there anybody behind you? `` That man said ``No sir! `` C.I. said to me ``O.k. Madam, You know that there is nobody like that. It is your mistake that you did not taken written commitment from your house owners for 1-year stay at the time of accommodation. You took it on oral only. It is your fault. When I said, "If I ask like that who will give house to me?" He put deaf ear. "Within 3 months after public of this rupture who will give house to me?" He put deaf ear. Whatever Triveni Krishna Reddy said, within one year, C.I. said to me now within 20 minutes. He asked me `` Do you have controversial everywhere? `` I had nothing controversial with any of my previous house owner & neighbors before December 1999. After that only I`m facing troubles from all. When I explained this to him. He did not hear. When I brought the issue that all of IIT basic students are stopped to attend the classes C.I. asked me ``why? `` I said, "I don't know sir! If I ask them why they are not attending the classes, they will say that I'm not teaching them well. Like the issue of my house owner Mr. Ratnam, I told you that Mr. Ratnam had scolded with vulgar tongue. He said that he didn't. You are certifying that he is innocent. Where is the proof for paradox?" Then C.I. said he could understand my problem in words. But pressured me to give written commitment of vacate. Both C.I. & S.I. are certifying my house owner is uneducated. So that he is innocent. They are intelligent to earn money as 15 lacks within 15 years on chicken centre and finance. They can do power disputes & can charge 30/-Rs. from each tenant as nalla [water] charge where as the municipality charge is 40/-Rs only P.m. Then how can they are innocents? By bringing dispute to Govt. eye, how I became as 420. Sir, is every uneducated is innocent? In such case how uneducated Mr. Krishna Reddy the Hon`ble director of Triveni Jr. college, he is Non Medical Assistant i.e. Ward boy in leprosy ward of Govt. hospital was able to do disputes IPE paper leak, EAMCET ranks marketing and scholarship. In this juncture, I fear the same 20 minutes drama may repeat in case of Krishna Reddy also. Is this justice to me? |

When we tried to keep our books for sale in local bookshops on credit even, the shop owner did not accepted. Such that, is the harassment from Triveni authorities. We had complained to you in previous regarding the dispute of Inter paper leak of IPE 2000 March and EAMCET Ranks selling by M/s. Triveni Junior College, Suryapet. But this year also, it is known that in IPE 2000, September Exam, private Jr. Colleges at Suryapet had done disputes of marks at computer of Inter board. Their teaching capacity; the standard of those students, the publicity of colleges, the tension less or peacefulness of students in spite of non-completion of syllabus in the colleges and non-teaching of subject in the colleges, the effort of schools and colleges at Surya pet to drive me out of this place, all of these are illustrations to that dispute. This is supporting by the statement Mr. B.V. Raghavulu, C.P.I. leader on 26-11-2000 Enadu regarding the disputes of IPE Marks. Mr. Poornananda Rao, Partner of Pragathi Junior college, Kakinada, regarding whom Mr. B.V. Raghavulu had mentioned in his statement and the Triveni Junior College management i.e. Directors were ex.collegues in Siddardha Junior College, Suryapet[old management]. Later they came out from Siddardha Jr. College and Poornananda Rao had starts Pragathi Jr. College at Kakinada and the remaining had started Triveni Jr. College. Triveni Jr. College management had turn Siddardha Jr. College to close by preventing the strength gathering to that college, by making their students answer sheets tampering to fail their result and by decreasing their image with local grip. This was informed me by Mrs. Vijaya, Zoology Lecturer, in Triveni Jr. College as if it was their capability and she had given a free advice to me to do not fight against their disputes. Till now, the relationship is going on between Triveni and Pragathi Jr. Colleges. The pamphlets, wall posters of Triveni and Brilliant etc. colleges, Suryapet are printing at Pragathi Publication, Kakinada. I can produce them for year ready reference if it is necessary.
The present situation is similar to that of Dec. 1999 when I got rupture with Triveni Jr. College. Then, they told that they can get good result without hard working of subject, teaching by Lecturers and studying by students, shown it in practical. Now also they are doing the same. So that the students are, tension less without completion of syllabus. Truth can be evaluated, if you verify the answer sheets and marks memo of the students of Jr. Colleges, Suryapet. When the paper was leaked out, last year top score of the Nalgonda District, P. Rakesh Kumar of Triveni Jr. College got 448/470. But this year, with changed model of question paper, they achieved 457/470. This is impossible with their educational quality. I request you to enquire into this matter.
With this background, the local Private Junior Colleges Union and Private Schools Union together, is orgaingingly harassing us, I complained regarding this matter against Triveni college authorities. In June 98, when I joined in Brilliant Jr. College, Suryapet, the remaining Jr. Colleges had formed Union and harassed the Brilliant College by preventing students admission in that college. That year, No.s of Junior Inter students in that college were 80 only. In 1999 Dec., whom I step out from Triveni College, they shared their Inter Paper Leak to all other colleges including Brilliant College and started to harass me. I launched IIT Basics class in June 2000. This time, their harassment was along with private schools. Everybody is getting results depending upon Mass Copying and Paper Leak. That's why only there is 100% success result. Their fear is that I can lodge complaint on them at any time if I continue at Suryapet. That's why they are trying to drive out me from this place. In this town, by collecting 20,000/Rs. from each of leading Jr. Colleges are around 50 of Schools, you can imagine that how much money that they can collect. With that much of money, they are trying to harass me and drive me out successfully.
If any student is in favor to them, they are capable to strike of some of answers on those students' answer sheets and to their favorable students, they are capable to bring District First ranks. In this back ground if you check the answer sheets of my student Ms. Anu Radha, Hall ticket No. 3495849, March 2000 IPE Sanskrit and Physics Papers, the striking of answers can be noticed. My student could not get her hall ticket for IIT, entrance. Another student Indira, who is favorable to Triveni College, could get her hall ticket with the same house address. By giving E-Mail, we got its duplicate. It was enclosed for your ready reference. I don't know in which manner they managed at the postman to miss the hall ticket, by that there was no benefit to them. But by missing the hall ticket, the mental tension, torture and insecurity experienced by our students could damage us much. In this way, they are exhibiting their capacity to all others, to prevent our students' admissions.
They planned another strategy to harass me with local electricity employees. Its particulars: there is no relation between our meter reading, and power bill. Several times I complained them on oral, finally in written. The copy is enclosed for your ready reference. Lineman had corrected the reading in his book but we are getting wrong bill with nominal reading. Meter reading is 10,589 units where as bill reading is 1237; the difference is 9,352 units: so that in future, they will demand us to pay 50,000/-Rs approximately. As per A.P. Transco rules, after paying the pending bill only, we have to try to solve the problem. Like this, they planned to harass us. That's why only, they are not correcting the bill reading in spite of our several reminders. They have good contacts with local Electricity Department employees. By paying monthly corruption, these college people are using tampered power to their study hours. This is proof to their relationships with Electricity employees. That's why the employees do whatever the college people ask them to do.
On 12th of this month, when I returned to Suryapet, after complaining you, on 16th, IIT Basics students' parent Mr. Sankar Reddy came to me and demanded me "Without giving prior intimation, you had gone somewhere. No other students are attending the classes. So you refund my fee." I asked him to visit me in the evening, after informing it to S.P. of Nalgonda; I refund the fee to him by taking receipt for it. I enclosed its copy for your ready reference. After that, slowly all the students restored the attendance to the classes one by one except one student.
Whenever I complaint to you, it will be peaceful for 10 days. Gradually, the harassment gets acceleration. This is repeating every time. Is it resulting to people who are working sincerely like me? After all Private Colleges and Schools Syndicate, but it is challenging the sincere working people and getting desired marks and desired ranks with disputes as it is their public secret and declaring that their syndicate is more capacitive than the Government itself. Have I to be helpless in spite of bringing that dispute to your kind notice? Is the government helpless to do anything? Please imagine yourself in my position and think. What is my position in this background?

It is complaint against Triveni College, Suryapet regarding 2000 IPE, 2000 EAMCET, and 2000 Sep. IPE marks disputes. Similarly, we had complained regarding their organized harassment on us with un-declared social boycott, and driving us to such a situation of high expenditure and seizing of our income. In our previous complaint dt. 29-11-2000, we stated about our power bill problem and it was solved under the super vision of S.E., Nalgonda. We are very thankful to you. But no other problem was solved. There is no solution regarding our house problem. My house owner Mrs. Bhagya Lakshmi is indirectly giving me warning to vacate the house in the next month. Here we request you to kindly solve this problem immediately. We request you to lift our commitment, which the C.I. of Surya pet town had taken from us in-written by force on 08-11-2000, and solve our problem.
And I'm bringing some more things to your kind notice. Though, it is complained on the disputes of marks and ranks of March, May 2000 IPE to the Government, though your Government had taken care about it, the private colleges i.e. Syndicate of Corporate and B centre colleges was able to bring good result to the students with the help of the corruption of either officers or employees. Because, they had shown their capability, may the students have the trust on the them and hope that the same dispute may happen repeatedly in 2001 March. I don't know the real reason, but the students are not bothering about the syllabus non-completion and nominal coverage of syllabus for 10th class and Inter. I narrated regarding these none bothering of students and other particulars to you in our complaint dt. 29-11-2000. In spite of every day news coverage of disputes exposing in Enadu News Paper, the non-bothering of students is not getting disturbed. The seats and jobs, which got with disputes, are not secured, whenever Govt. take action, they will become valueless. They are paying deaf ear to this truth who ever told either private people like me or media. There are more than 2000 members of 10th class students and 2000 members of Sr. Inter students. Not only in them, in 7 students of mine also, there is no thrust of subject and hard working nature. I don't know the reason, whether the confidence on disputes or something else. I'm teaching in this town since 3 years. Before there was no sale of EAMCET in this town, that's why we could got 126th rank in EAMCET `99. But now, how far we motivate the students, they are not willing full to do hard work.
To these circumstances, 100% proof is practical exams to be held. In this town, there are 2000 members of Sr. Inter Science group students. There are 600 members of Sr. Inter students only in Triveni Jr. College. In Physics subject only, minimum 20 practical experiments should be held. But these are conducting only 6 or 7 experiments. They are working 6 or 7 only in record even. But to pass in the exams, they are collecting 200/-Rs from each student. From such collected 4 Lacks of Rs., how much they are paying to whom is irrespective but they are getting desired marks to desired students. This is every year tradition. That's why only, practical class is not started in any college. There are no more than 60 working days until March 10, Including 4 subjects; there should be 80 experiments to be conduct. There is no space and time even. This is fact, as per scientific fit. Even in this situation also, students as well as colleges are tensionless means, what is the reason?
In this town, there are employees, private business people and others and then is it possible to keep all of the people under control for the syndicate of private colleges and private schools? In this context, I give you an example. In May 2000, Vidwan Jr. College, Guntur had given press note in News Paper regarding the Parents' Counseling Program to attract the students admissions, and later declared in news paper the cancellation of the program due to the pressure of the private colleges managements union of this area. Similarly, Narayana Jr. College, Nellore had announced talent test here. Z.P. School or Private School Campus was not available for them. Nobody had given venue to them. Then Sri Meela Satyanarayana, the local politician had given his school " Meela Satyanarayana & Ananthula Janardhan Baby Moon School" campus to them to conduct the talent test due to his group politics. Then this Private Colleges Managements Union members had approached that campus, by jumping over the walls, they teared off the answer sheets of the students as well the shirts of the invigilators & staff of Narayana Jr. College, Nellore and beaten them. On this issue, one of the students' parent and B.J.P. District President Mr. Goli Madhu Sudhana Reddy had lodged police complaint. Later talent test was conducted. On this issue, different stories were spread on floor.
- On 14-05-2000 in City Cable: the above issue was telecasted in News. I myself was witness for it.
- On 15-05-2000 in Enadu News Paper: Covered regarding physical beats. Enclosed for ready reference.
- Mr. B. Prabhakar, the then P.C. in Suryapet town police station, told us when he came to us to admit his son in our tuition centre, as "The then D.S.P. Mr. Banda Shyam Rao said, "The talent test conduction is equivalent to simple number lottery. So that police can take action on it." So that, he sent us to the exam centre, we had beaten Narayana Staff, kept them and their material in the zeep and had taken to the police station. Later they were released by making the police station to receive phone call from C.M. Chamber. Ultimately exam was not conducted."
We don't know what happened in this case. Mr. Ramulu Naik is S.I. in this station from that time to till now. He presented the TDP leaders Pedde Reddy Raja and Morisetty Satyanarayana in the court regarding the physical dommy in the party members meeting of which was earlier to the talent test case. Another earlier case regarding Electricity problem, S.I. presented congress leaders Mr. Beeravolu Ravinder Reddy etc in the court. But nothing was such happening in this talent test case. Regarding present my case issue, - Due to his group politics, when nobody had given venue to conduct talent test, Meela Satya Narayana had given his school campus. In such case, due to some group politics at least, somebody should try to oppose the Private Jr. Colleges and Private Schools Union activities either directly or indirectly. Then now this 100% support is available to this private colleges & private schools? Who is the main reason?
Out of 10th class students, Inter students, B.C.A. [Discrete Mathematics] students, 4000 members of Inter science students in this town, to bag 30 students, being an ordinary person, being a lecturer, I didn't left single trial. My effort, the result I got is as follows for your ready reference.

Political background: Local M.L.A. Mr. Dosapati Gopal [congress] had afforded to get party ticket to contest in Suryapet Municipal Chairman Elections, to Dr. Angirekula Nagarjuna, Correspondent of Local R.K.L.K. Educational Institutions and member in State Body of Private Colleges Management though he has no primary member ship in congress party, against the will of Mr. Meela Satyanarayana. Hence, Meela Satyanarayana had supported Dr. Karpurapu Niranjan as noble candidate and defeated with 700 around votes over by B.J.P. Party. This was their political equation position.

Beside tuitions as a Lecturer, we established physics formulae book; and it is enclosed for your ready reference. My husband had afforded to sell it in Feb. 2000, by approaching the colleges in person. From Feb. 2000 to May, within 3 months, by travelling 40-kilo meters on Scooter around Guntur, Narasarao pet, Sathanapalli etc. places, by visiting different colleges repeatedly in these even, we could not sell even 10 books. The cost of book is 30/-Rs. Only. Being Corporate college students, beside their college fee 35,000/-Rs, their miscellaneous expenditure itself is 25 Rs. Per day. Even though, we were not successful to make them to purchase a book by investing 30/-Rs. Same book, when it was in the form of manual script, the students in Brilliant Jr. College, Suryapet [1999] had requested me to copy it and took copies of it in written. Because they didn't know about the ranks purchasing by that time. This is not our own position. Mr. Sridhar B. Bhemeneni [B. Tech.] experienced the same failure. Being young Engineer when he published Mathematics formulae book of cost 20/-Rs and tried to sell it in Guntur. We felt sad when we found it in waste papers in hostel after the students had vacated from the hostel and the attenders of the hostel were dumping off them. In those days, I didn't understand the carelessness of the students and the reason behind it, but today it is more clear.
This is not only our position like ordinary Lecturers, the same position is our Teachers and Sr. Lecturers named Sri Chalapathi Rao[Physics EAMCET book author and his book is in market since 24 years], Sri Somayajulu[Maths Lecturer] and Sri Anjanejulu[Author, Maths Deepthi Publication] who were liable to become Guntur as educational Centre. Those dispute makers are capable to show defeat to Sri Chalapati Rao who resembles to Kuruvrudhudu in Maha bharatam, with 85 years life experience and 58 years teaching experience and career of getting state ranks in tuitions on single hand in 1970-80; in his last turn of life. Being disciple of Sri Chalapathi Rao, Mr. Yesu Ratnam, Excel College Director cum Guntur Municipal Corporation Mayor, could drive out Sri Chalapathi Rao from Excel Jr. College in 1999 with the support of other Corporate Colleges managements. These cyber thieves are capable to defeat such great teacher by showing black goat as a black dog just like in the story of Panchatantram, so that how far we can with stand against them. I had done service in Vikas, Excel Colleges at Guntur. In Corporate Colleges, the managements won't allow the Lecturer to deal total subject. They distribute the subject to the lecturers to teach as branch wise. After some years, the lecturer will become perfect in certain branch and not efficient in remaining colleges. Whenever the college management retrench the lecturer, the other colleges would say that they won't need such branch deal, and they need another branch. Like this, they exploit the lecturers. This is the Corporate College syndicate robbering and education business.
When the commission agents try to exploit the farmer who worked hard to harvest the crops all through the year, the Govt. support the farmers by declaring the support price to crops.
Then why doesn't Govt. help us, lecturers who are working hard? There is an idiom in Telugu as "stones will be thrown to the tree which has fruits." We can understand those from your side. We request you to understand it from our side. Since 7 months, I'm waiting for the Govt. help to make justice to me, by mortgaging my marriage thread in bank with patience. Won't there be an end?
Please solve our problem. In spite of multiple complaints, the grip of colleges syndicate on the students [Inter, 10th class, B.C.A.-Discrete Maths]; didn't get lift, so that how to lead life, people like me? Since we suspected that our complaint dt.30-12-2000 through ANL Couriers was theft, we sent it copy to you on 03-01-2001 through Fax. Regarding this issue, we tried to meet S.P. of Nalgonda to lodge the complaint in person on 05-01-2001, he asked me to meet ASP Sivananda Reddy. But ASP didn't respond on my complaint of thefting my complaint and organized harassment, and more over asked me "How can I believe you? You might have harassing your house owner?" By saying like this, he gave a ring to C.I. of Suryapet and enquired him. He told that we made allegations with professional jealousy. So that ASP told the C.I. that if we make any mistakes take action on us. Then he informed me that to go and meet C.I. of Suryapet, so that he could compromise us with our house owner. Otherwise, you tell your house owner to proceed in the court. Expect this, he didn't respond on anything else. I tried to explain to him about my problem but in vain, so that I left his place by saying thanks to him.
I can't understand the government policy, so that I tried to solve my problem in local panchayathi by approaching the local politician Sri Meela Satyanarayana. When those called on, the college people met them after one week and declared that they didn't know about my existence in the town Suryapet.; so that where is the possibility to harass us, the allegation was jovial like, because they didn't do any crime. So that, I had no other income source to lead the house, so that I'm bringing such allegations, if I prove their harassment such that my house owner, students or any other persons as witness, they could give 20 lacks of rupees as compensation. With this background, the local politicians advice me that they can't do justice, so that it is better to me to proceed through court. It is heard that C.I. & S.I. will get transfer in February.
In un-alternate situation, if I have to proceed through court, I feel it is my responsibility to bring this to your kind notice.

On 29-01-2001, after one hour rupture at your accounts office Jammigadda, Surya pet by showing the receipt, they restored our service on the same day. And they issued net bill for Rs.93/- we cleared it off on 12-02-2001 as permanent receipt No.187490.
But, today around 07:00 AM, they had taken off our fuse without giving notice to us. First, we thought that it was general power off, later we noticed that there was no fuse on Meter board.

In previous, I brought the INTER and EAMCET disputes to your kind notice. On Jan. 28, I meet the TDP leader, Suryapet Mr. Gunaganti Ramulu. I requested him to do two helps. One is – I asked him "After I lodged complaint on INTER and EAMCET on C.M. I know the working of governments, which run with disputes. That's why I don't like to proceed against Mr. Chandra Babu Naidu's Government, sincere working people. Up to S.P. level, I am able to get favorable working. Up to ASP level, they have the grip. With such, also I'm able to experience the protection of Government. But I am not able to understand that why the government is not protecting me from the lower officials from ASP level. Can you enquire regarding this through your TDP Party?" Another is – I had taken finance of Rs. 20,000/- on my scooter from their Sneha Auto Finance. I cleared 10 installments of Rs. 11,500/- I requested him to refinance it. He asked me to visit him after 2 days and he repeated the same deal. Finally I under stood that he didn't like to do those favors what I asked him to do. I tried to convince him through another local leading personality Mr. Radha Krishna Kotagiri, and they told that they are not giving any finance to anybody at present. On Feb. 4, Mr. Gunaganti Satish, his son had selected as President and his partner in Sneha Auto Finance Mr. Gundrala Ashok had selected as Member in Junior Chamber unanimously. There is public statement and advertisement in Enadu 04-02-2001. Those 3 members of Congress MLAs and one TDP MLA will attend the oath taking ceremony. Among those M.L.A.'s, Mr. Dosapati Gopal is support to college people. Among the college people, to R.K.L.K.College Director, he had afforded to bring ticket to contest in the local municipal chairperson election though that man had no membership in the congress party. With this, what I have to think? Have I to think that your party people also mingled with the college people to harass me? They are planning to seize my scooter of worth 33 thousand Rupees for the sake of 14 thousand rupees loan by March 1st 2001. This time only Suryapet D.S.P. Mr. Mogileyya, Mr. Venkateswarlu in APSEB fuse call office and S.P. of Nalgonda had responded positively to me with humanity. No one from Nalgonda ASP, C.I. & S.I. of Suryapet. SEB Department, ANL Couriers, Postal employees, my house owner, managements of college and schools, local politicians and leading personalities, students' parents had shown minimum humanity on us. Is it my in-human activity to bring the dispute to the notice of Government? Today, there is no availability of worthy people to defense even. Then what these students will achieve by coming up with paper leaks?
On 27th January, Transco people disconnected my power on the pole itself without giving prior notice to me by claiming that I'm liable for Rs. 48,300/- towards the power bill. On 29th January, when I approached the A.P. Transco A/c. office to enquire about my complaint regarding the correction of meter reading they asked me to show the evidence of that complaint since they were not able to find its copy. I left that office by collecting the due bill of 93/-Rs after the rupture for one hour. I brought this issue to your kind notice and the S.P. notice before 2 months. We spent 3 days in the dark house with our kid. Is it not harassment? As I brought to your kind notice dt. 25-01-2001, what ASP, Mr. Sivananda Reddy told me, such behavior is with our house owners. The local S.I. is full support to them. Their behavior is in such a way for which I can't get witness or proof as to pluck out the sign board of mine, scolding with vulgar language which the gents also cannot use, trail to breaking Septic Tank, cutting the power connection, etc. Finally on 20th Feb. evening, when we gone out door they locked my house door and they didn't allowed me to enter into my house at 8.30 P.m. when I returned home. At that late hour, we approached the D.S.P., he gave a ring to A.S.I. Pasha and ordered him to break the lock and accommodate us in the house and collect the complaint on next day morning to take further action and let us have the restore of power connection i.e. fuse taken by house owner. When we approached the town police station, the S.I. Ramulu Naik was there. He sent my husband along with a P.C. to call my house owner. He said that he would come to station tomorrow. When the P.C. requested him repeatedly, he said that he would come to station after 10 minutes. By that incident, the time was 9.30 P.M. Around 10 o'clock in the night, the S.I. told me to come tomorrow because my house owner didn't come to the station to talk to him and to settle the matter. Then I asked him whether I had to stand on the road throughout the night, then he retorted me whether he had to make us to stay in A/C. rooms. I said, "Okay sir. Take my complaint and give the receipt." When I was leaving the station after collecting the receipt No.24, he called me back and sent A.S.I. & three police constables to my house. After one-hour rupture with police officers, they could accommodate us in our house by 11.20 P.M. They told to us and to my house owners to come to the station next day morning. We reached the station next day morning by 10.00 A.M. By 10.45 A.M., S.I. called on my house owners. i.e. our house owners & we. He told both of us to wait for C.I. to come, but they left the station. By 11.30, S.I. also left the station. When we enquired P.C. Narendra Reddy regarding C.I.'s arrival, he enquired another, and then they told that the C.I. would come next day evening because he had gone Hyderabad by putting leave. Is this not harassment? S.I. said that I didn't obey the commitment to vacate the house, which they forced me to write. And he asked me why they should help me? He said that my house owner, poor fellow, like mad man he was visiting around police station because I didn't vacate the house. All the P.C.s in the station had identified this.
So that have I to think that the above activities are all their advices. In fact, their A.S.P. had advice me to declare to my house owners that I would not vacate the house and to proceed me in court. I told him the same and shown the rent D.D. [No. SCUB/12 No. 100049 dt. 11-02-2001, which I had taken towards the rent of the house. Such that the police people made me to wait in the station for hours and hours. If I approach the D.S.P. by late, he could not available to me for two days because of his visit to Mella Cheruvu festival. But definitely, these people would make us to stand on the road without shelter for these two days. Even to go to Nalgonda, money is in the home but not in my pocket. Hence, they are making me to feel that by bringing the disputes to the notice of the government, I had done sin. Is this not in-human?
I request you to refinance us through you party people. I request you to protect the harassment by house owners, S.I. and C.I. for which I cannot get proofs.

With reference cited above, our complaint dt.20-02-2001 on Mrs. P.Bhagya lakshmi and Mr. P. Ratnam about their harassment on us by disconnecting the power service & driving us from house by locking doors with our personal request to you on 20-02-2001 around 8:30 PM., we bring the following to your kind notice.
On that night by 11:20 PM., we would accommodate in house with power service with your D.S.P. `s kind help. We are very thankful to you about it. But on that occasion your Town S.I. Mr. B.R.Naik told us that he can`t do anything until 21-02-2001 morning. Then after collecting the receipt of our complaint [ref. No.24, Dt. 20-02-2001] we returned. Then he recalled us back and sent A.S.I. Mr. Pasha along with 3 other PC.s after one hour argument with Mrs. Bhagya lakshmi i.e. House owner on behalf of us, they could helped us.
On 22-02-2001, we sent rent amount of Rs. 2,100/- by bankers cheque No.SCUB/12 No. 100049 of Sudha bank, Surya pet by register post receipt. No.2332. on 23-02-2001 at 6:00 PM. Your town C.I. Mr. A.M. Khan called us through A.S.I. Mr. Srinivasa Reddy. So that within 10 minutes we gone to station and met him within 15 minutes discussion he asked me what I want to do. I put my argument to him and I told him that I`m proceeding through court. He asked me whether I get justice by going to court. I replied him that "I have 100% confidence for such, if not I can face my fate". Then I left the police station by 6:30PM.
But today by 9:00AM again Mrs. P.Bhagya lakshmi`s husband Mr. P. Ratnam disconnected our power by removing fuses, by claiming that I did not paid rent. This is 3rd time for them to do so within 10 days. First time i.e. on 16-02-2001, I put complaint on table of S.E., A.P.Transco on 20-02-2001. I put complaint at police department. Even though they are doing such harassment continuously. I sent the D.D. for rent amount as A/c. payee banker's cheque through register post as per the guidance of my advocate.
To avoid this type of nasty harassment, let us know her bank account No to enable us to deposit the rent directly into her bank account.
Sir, what type of harassment is this. Is there no law and order? With whose support she is doing all of this? We request your good self to kindly protect us from this organized harassment.

I narrated to you in my complaint DT. 21-02-2001, once again, my house owner today i.e. 25-02-2001 locked my house door, disconnected my power and driven out us from the house. Right now, we are on road along with my six years kid at this mid night. We have no arrears of rent to my house owner. On 23-02-2001, at evening, C.I. of Suryapet had called on us and enquired us regarding the house vacate. I told him that I'm not going to vacate the house and I want to proceed in the court. He asked me whether I think to get justice in court. I replied him "In local panchayathi, the college people told that they didn't know about our existence in the town. Hence what is the enquiry you had done regarding my complaint?" He said as "Are you involving us in the case? If you want to go to court, proceed." In the due course of time, on 25-02-2001, in the morning by 9 o'clock, our power was disconnected. When we approached to D.S.P. office to complaint to him, he was not available and had gone to Kodhada. When we returned house, again my house was locked. Again, we approached D.S.P. office, but there I was told that D.S.P. would not available till evening. We had gone to Nalgonda to meet S.P. We met him by 7.00 P.M. and after hearing all, he asked me to meet D.S.P. with a written endorsement on my complaint as "C.No.66/CC Cell/ Nalgonda. D.S.P. SRPT/ take N/A speak immediately. They allege that there is harassment by local police. Pl. check up." When we returned to D.S.P. office by 10.30P.M., in the night, in inter cum he instructed me to contact in the local police station. I requested him as I complained on the local police station then how they do work to me. Then with a rude tongue he said to me "Then have I to come to do work?". To my question "What I have to do", he replied to go to the local police station. When I approached the local police station, the A.S.I. Pasha had taken my complaint and had given receipt No. 25, 25-02-2001 by 11.45 P.M. to me. He told me as "How you give complaint on police. Come tomorrow to meet the C.I."
Now you tell me what I have to do. They done social boycott on me, and driven out us from the house, more over nobody i.e. police is helping us. In this situation, what I have to do? I was dragon to this level because of complaining against disputes. I didn't ask you to keep me in high position, in return why this harassment? I request you to protect us at least now from this harassment. If I have sense, I won't complaint on any dispute. Please lift this harassment?

On 26-02-2001 morning our house owner did not remove the locks. Finally, by 5:30 PM we could accommodate in the house with the help of local advocate Mr. K.V. Rama linga Reddy. On 26-02-2001 itself my house owner refused the register post through which we sent bankers cheque i.e. D.D. for rent along with covering letter. But she opened the cover from backside of envelop with the help of postman. Since the cover was teared on back. We are suspecting it. We received the refused register post on 28-02-2001. When we asked to know her bank account No to enable us to deposit D.D. amount directly in to her account she is refusing.

DISPUTES OF INTER 2000 AND EAMCET 2000 RANKS:
My name is Adi Lakshmi. I had done service in Vikas, Excel etc colleges in Guntur as Physics Lecturer. On single hand, I dealt total Physics subject & EAMCET in M/s. Brilliant Junior college, Surya pet for the year 1998-99. I bagged to my students in EAMCET Physics 48/50 Marks and the rank 126 in Engg. Along with this, I bagged 22 ranks. For the year 1999-2000, I joined in Triveni College on a contract of 5 periods per day and one-lack rupees for year beside my individual tuition home. Those college people are able to leak the question paper of Inter before a week to exams that to which paper could get confirmation in the lottery. I kept calm, on this dispute, by thinking that there will be 3 sets of exams papers, so that the political leaders might be involved in it. In Dec. 1999, I left the college because of a rupture. I concentrated on my 7 members of students and worked hard to get good result. After results, we got 0% result, and the colleges got 100% result.
We had conducted nearly 100 tests with OMR[optical mark reader] after practicing 8000 to 9000 questions in Physics and Chemistry with 1000 teaching hours to Bi.P.C. students and practicing of 14000 to 15000 questions with 2000 teaching hours to M.P.C. students, and after the publish of EAMCET 2000 key, the Bi.P.C. student claimed 163+ and M.P.C. students claimed 150+ marks. But after watching the results, our Bi.P.C. students got above 5000 rank and M.P.C. students are not below 40,000 ranks. On the other hand around 100 students got the ranks from 2288 to below 30,000 ranks is various colleges, Triveni, Brilliant, Little flower, Ratnam, Vasavi etc. In Brilliant college, the regular syllabus even was not completed. In this juncture, we came to know that Triveni College had culprit in the mass copying case at Nuthanakal before 4 or 5 years, and the students lost that year: so that we doubted dispute happening in ranks issue. The frauds of private colleges, schools regarding Inter, 10th class public exams like mass copying, impersonation, scholar ships etc are not new to the paper media. Hence, I complained regarding all of this to the Chief Minister on 28-05-2000.
From Corporate Colleges to these type small colleges in B centers, all are doing the same dispute. But there in Corporate Colleges, they won't say directly the Inter paper as leaked one. They add some other questions to the leaked questions and give to students to study by saying important questions. Here in B center colleges, they say that the given questions are leaked questions. Similarly, there in Corporate Colleges they bring ranks for 300 students out of each 1000 students. Out of that 300, any way 100 to 150 students can get ranks by their worth. For remaining 150 students they buy ranks. That too they select the parents of students who have reputation in their particular area to influence the people and by giving ranks to whose children, there will be students flow for the next year to colleges, to such students only they give ranks. But here the selling of ranks directly takes place. Corporate Colleges are doing class dispute where as B center colleges are doing mass dispute. The logic of B Center College is this "By paying 1 lack and sending your children to Corporate Colleges, there is no guarantee to get rank. But if you pay it to us, we will give rank to your child as per your desire to enable you to get seat in relevant branch." By taking 1-lack rupees per head, after investing 50 thousand to purchase ranks in bulk, their profit will be 50,000 Rs. In such case, how much will be their income in crores by increasing student's number year by year? Which is the more profitable business than this?
That's why only, last year i.e. on 14-05-2000, in Surya pet, when Narayana Residential College, Nellore had conducted the admission test with discount offer to students at local Baby Moon School, the local private colleges together made dommy on those organizers and beaten them, tore off the exam papers by entering into the exam center, by jumping over the walls. This was covered as News in Newspapers. Later these people had managed the police and suppressed the case. In Corporate Colleges, this entire dispute is going on silently and systematically.
When all this was brought to the government notice, last sep.2000, Inter exam paper was not leaked out. So they selected another way, and gained marks in the computer centre of Inter board. Their students got 458/470 cream marks. In Kotha gudem one student got 998/1000 marks, which is impossible to a professor if he writes the exam. On this issue, the C.P.I. [M] Leader Mr. Raghavulu had given statements on Enadu DT. 26-11-2000. Now Govt. need IT Development, soft ware professionals, so that the C.M. had stopped these disputes and hence these colleges, schools of this area united and harassing us. Because the disputes are not to be allowed, results cannot be getting inside ways, the Corporate Colleges are pressurizing the students, and they are committing suicides as we are noticing.
THE FACTS OF ORGANIZED HARASSMENT:
After I complained to C.M. against these disputes, he concentrated on Education and made several changes. I was peaceful for two months. Then they started to harass us. I brought this to the notice of C.M. on 09-10-2000, and to S.P., Nalgonda on 19-10-2000. S.P. had written on my complaint as "Petitioner is being harassed by the The Triveni College Authorities. She is not even allowed to take a house on rent. Take n/a report." And given to me, after ringing to C.I. of town he asked me to meet C.I. Suryapet. C.I. of Suryapet Mr. A.M. Khan had asked me whether he has to warn the college people or my house owners. I requested him to let me lead my life peacefully. After 19 days, one day, suddenly, a police came to me used rough tongue and told me that S.I. is calling me. On 08-11-2000 evening when I approached the police station, the S.I. dealt me as if I am a 420 and C.I. forced me to write a commitment to vacate the house within 3 months. Regarding case I put about the organized harassment, he said that he is enquiring into the main case, which I lodged against organized harassment, the part of it is regarding house owners. In spite of this he forced me to write the commitment. Next day, I left to Hyderabad, and complained regarding all this to C.M. on 12-11-2000. When I returned to Surya pet on 16-11-2000, one of the IIT Basics student's parents asked me to refund the fee because not all other students are coming to the classes. I refunded the fee to him and taken the receipt to it. On 16-11-2000, I took all of this harassment to the notice of S.P. of Nalgonda with a request to lift my case enquiry from the C.I. and S.I. of Suryapet. Up to February, there was no need to me to go to town police station as well no police came to me from there. Mean time, A.P. Transco people didn't correct my meter reading, I took it to the notice of S.E. In the same way I brought the possibility of A.P. Transco to make me to liable to 48,000 Rs of power bill with the support of local colleges syndicate to the notice of C.M. & S.P. of Nalgonda. On Dec. 4, A.E. came to my house and taken the correct reading, and given bill for 815/-Rs. as difference of amount. I paid it. But in Jan. 2001, without issuing bill to me, or notice to me on 27-01-2001, Saturday the lineman Mr. Ramesh & 6 other men disconnected my power on pole by saying 48,300/- Rs. dues on me. We spent 3 days in dark with a kid of 6 years old. On 29-01-2001, Monday when we visited A.P. Transco A/c. Office, they had shown redtapisam by saying that they are locating our complaint to correct the reading and whether I have any proof of complaint. When I argued with them as the entire matter was brought to the notice of C.M. before 2 months, and the enquiry is going on this. After one hour rupture, I could left their office by collecting the bill for 93/- Rs.
On the other hand, the hall ticket to appear IIT entrance of my student Anu Radha was postal missed; we got its duplicate after E-Mail. Another student, Indira got her hall ticket with the same address. In the same case, Anu Radha, though she was their student, they striked off some question answers in her Sanskrit paper. Like this, they show their authority by harassing the students who were favorable to us. Our complaint DT. 30-12-2000 posted to C.M. through ANL Couriers was thefted. By suspecting this, when we approached the ANL Office there I was informed that the ANL agent had gone to Tirupati on 29-11-2000 and he won't return with in short period. I approached S.P. and complained about it on 05-01-2001; and informed him that I want to proceed in the court. On due date I had sent rent by D.D. in Sudha Bank and informed the same to my house owner. On Feb. 20th, when we return to home from market, my house owner had locked my house and she didn't allow me to enter into the house. When I brought it to the notice of D.S.P., he rang to the town police station and ordered A.S.I. to accommodate us in our house. That might by 11.20 P.M. we could accommodate in the house. On 23rd Feb., C.I. called on me and asked me why didn't I vacate the house. I asked him as "How you are separating the house issue without enquiry my complaint against organized harassment? That's why I won't vacate the house. I brought this issue to the notice of C.M. as well as S.P. on the next day itself on which you had taken written commitment from me. When I kept this issue in local Panchayathi with Meela Satya Narayana, the college management met them and said, as "We didn't know about her existence in this town. In the last year she worked in our college." By the way what is the secret enquiry you done, you might know or God might know?"
Then the C.I. asked me "If you go to court, do you trust that you can get justice there?"Later on 25th Feb. by morning 9 o'clock, my house owner had disconnected my power, so that I tried to meet the D.S.P., but he was not available because he had gone to Kodhada, and he won't be available till evening. After that by 11 A.M. when I returned to my house, again my house owner locked it.
On this issue, I approached S.P. of Nalgonda on the same day by night 7.45, he wrote a note on my complaint as "D.S.P. SRPT/ for n/a. speak immediate. They allege that there is harassment by local police. Pl. check up." And he tried to speak to D.S.P. on phone but he was not available. Hence, he advised me to meet D.S.P. directly. By night 10.30, when we tried to meet D.S.P. Suryapet, he talked over intercom to us and asked us to go to local police station. When I reminded him that I had put complaint on the local police people, he said with rude voice as "Then have I to come to open the lock?" I informed this to S.P. office, C.C. and approached the police station. A.S.I. had registered the case by night 11.45 and asked us to come to meet C.I. That night-by-night one o'clock, I had given a fax to the residence of C.M. and taken shelter in a well-wishers' house. Next day, when we approached the advocate Mr. Rama Linga Reddy, his son Mr. Hari had talked with house owners. Then they opened the lock. On 22nd Feb., we sent rent D.D. but she refused it on 26th Feb.
My house owner's harassment is a part of the organized harassment regarding which I lodged complaint on 19-10-2000. In that case, while the S.P. asked to take N/A report, by leaving that, what is the need of C.I. to take a written commitment from me to vacate the house to favor my house owner? What is the factor influenced him in such a level? When Mr. Kotagiri Radha Krishna, son-in-law of Mr. Meela Satyanarayana called on Triveni college management for local panchayathi, they told, "She had worked in our college in last year. Later we don't know about her." In such case, what is the secret enquiry done by C.I. regarding my complaint? These people had done dommy when M/s. Narayana residence college, Nellore was conducting the admission test at Suryapet on 14-05-2000, at the exam centre. Can't they do harassment on me because I complained against them? Can't C.I. remember it when I complained to him? Is this not organized harassment? The dispute can be exposed if the role numbers of EAMCET rankers to check up their result. I'll fight until I get justice, and I request you to help me.

I had complained to you on 25-02-2001, regarding the organized harassment by locking my home by my house owners with the support of local police, and it was registered with a No. 60 / CC Cell / Nalgonda. To solve the problem, the local Advocate Mr. Ramalinga Reddy tried to convince both the parties on 26-02-2001. Even though she disconnected my power on 02-03-2001. With his convince, she restored it on 3rd March, and again disconnected on 9th March. On 11th March, she disconnected our water supply. She told that she doesn't need the local panchayathi by local leading people. She is demanding to lift the case on her and to vacate the house immediately. She refused to take the rent D.D. sent through regd. Post. But she is telling all others that we are not paying the rent. She brought same rebotton tyre shop owner Mr. Moinuddin, and some tractor owner Mr. Venkanna on behalf of some Mahila Mandaly [i.e. women society] Bharathamma, as her mediators, and declared that the S.P. had given written note to her. Along with such slum people, she scolded me with vulgar tongue. She approached local advocate Mr. Nandyala Dayakar Reddy to take caveat. Being that much dare, she is saying that she has feared to accept the D.D. When we ask to say her A/c. No. to enable us to deposit rent in her account, she is saying that she had no bank account. On the other hand, EAMCET students' parents are pressuring me to conduct the classes in spite of my problem. In fact, I completed their syllabus. Only revision is remained. When I tried to approach lok adalath, the judge was not available as he was on leave for 15 days.
A chicken shop owner who won't fear to police and police also not capable to deal her, and she won't care the local leading personalities, but she could get the information about the whereabouts of the judge; how she could know this? Can a chicken shop owner have this much of capacity?
Sir, I am a 'victim' in whom hand or I am a victim in how many members' hands. Are you not able to protect an ordinary family who is suffering by bringing educational disputes to the governments' notice? I'm not demanding awards and rewards for it. I wish to lead just peaceful life. If your sister is in this situation can you keep silence?

Of A.P. on 28-05-2000. We are being harassed severely from Aug. 2000. Since 15 days power & water supply was disconnected to my house & from 19-03-2001 it was locked. So that we as a family of 3 members including 6 years baby residing in Bus-stand, Hyderabad begging your good self to make justice.

With 9 years experience in Corporate Colleges like Vikas, Excel & in B centre colleges like in Surya pet, Nalgonda district, I`m continuing as EAMCET Lecturer & I bagged 126 Engg. Rank, 22 good ranks on single hand teaching & 10th Medicine rank as one of Lecturer in team. With this background, as a lecturer we can analyze the capacity & I.Q. of students so that their result. When the students at Surya pet without coaching, industry & relevant I.Q. secured ranks such as 2288 in EAMCET 2000. I suspected the dispute of ranks purchasing which was happening in Corporate College as a secret. Then I brought all of this to Chief Minister`s notice along with Hall Ticket No. of students on 28-05-2000.
I heard that there is a price of Rs. 1.00 lack for Engg. Rank, Rs. 2 lack for Medicine rank. So that Rs. 50 lacks was traded over Suryapet market. This is the dispute of hundreds of crores of rupees per annum all over A.P.
After lodging the complaint, we were peaceful up to Inter supplementary exams September 2000. Then my difficulties were started. All of such organized harassment, we brought to the notice of C.M. & S.P. of Nalgonda from time to time. These college managements managed the local police and private people, are harassing us in all possible ways. There was a talk that my house owner had taken Rs. 1.00 lack to harass us. The truth must know to God and after effort to court. Regarding this harassment S.P. of Nalgonda had registered case against Suryapet police ref. C.No. 60/CC Cell / Nalgonda on 25-02-2001. But the local police are not taking any action on the persons on whom I put complaint & on the other hand, the harassment on us is getting severe day by day. About all of these harassment continuities, I mailed petitions to C.M. & S.P., Nalgonda along with available evidences in the course of 10 months of time. Due to financial crises I`m not able to produce the Xerox copy bunch to your good self but I produced it to C.M. which was endorsed to Sri Lakshmi Narayana, OSD to C.M. on 20-03-2001 at secratereate. I`m furnishing some of them to you.
Here we are enclosing the analysis of case for your ready reference with a request to protect our lives from social boycott & organized harassment and to punish the guilty legally.
Sir, we prey you to spray your kind over a small family, which is facing bitter experiences without food and accommodation, stood on platform by bringing a dispute to Govt. notice.
Sir, what is my sin in bringing a dispute to Govt. notice. Including students & their parents supporting the disputes as ranks purchasing, mass copying etc. Where is the stop for these disputes? C.I., Surya pet town responded positively on 19-10-2000 & within 19 days he shown redtapisam to me and pressured to write commitment to vacate the house within 3 months. When I remained about college harassment & nobody is giving house to me, he put deaf ear.

In spite of several oral & written requests, A.P. Transco did not corrected the differences of Meter Vs Bill reading for consecutive 3 bills. So that we might liable for Rs.48, 300/-. When we put petition to S.E., December 2000, A.P.Transco, Surya pet, they rectified the bill & we paid the balance of Rs. 815/- on 12-12-2000. But again by claiming Rs.48, 300/- without issuing bill or Notice, Transco people disconnected the power on pole. After 3 days in dark we could restore Service after 1 hour rupture we got bill for Rs.93/-.

our present house owner Mrs. P.Bhagya Lakshmi showing different reasons on every day, demanding us to vacate the house immediately within 5 months after accommodation, though we secured 1-year stay on oral at the time of accommodation. Though we explained our harassment process to them & police, nobody is hearing us. She is not accepting the rent, using vulgar tongue, not allowing milkman, & students to enter in to my house as we are staying on 1st floor, she stays in ground floor. She rejected the D.D. as we sent rent amount with the advice of Mr.K.Radha Krishna & Meela Satyanarayana [D.D. No. SCUB/12 No.100049]Sudha Bank, SRPT. Whom we approached to make justice in this matter as they are leading people at Surya pet, claiming that she has fear about D.D. [through regd. Post, we sent it receipt No.2332] on the other hand she approached, Mr.Naiyani Dayakar Reddy, Advocate to take caveat. We approached Sri Meela Satyanarayana [Congress leader], Sri GunagantiRamulu[TDP Leader], Sri K.V. Rama linga Reddy Advocate, Bar Council President, but she is not obeying any body`s voice. On 20-02-2001 she disconnected power supply & locked the house, with the help of D.S.P., [our petition dt.20-02-2001, receipt No.24] we could solved the problem. Again on 05-03-2001, she done same, but this time D.S.P. did not helped us. S.P., Nalgonda, registered Case No. C.No.60/ CC Cell/ Nalgonda 25-03-2001. Finally from 09-03-2001 we have no power & water supply. On 19-03-2001, she once again locked the house, till date we stood on road without accommodation & even a spare dress. Nobody is able to say her that is all illegal. I enclosed the petition copies for your ready reference. We were unable to approach Lok Adalat since the judge at Surya pet is on leave, up to 26-03-2000 as I was told by Sri K.V. Rama Linga Reddy, Advocate.

Within 5 months we vacated the house of Madhu Sudhana Rao because he did not given service to us. At the time of vacation, he refused to repay our advance rent amount of 2 months Rs. 3,500/-. After 2 months effort we could got it.

When we conducted, the press meet by paying Rs.100/- as receipt No.862, dt. 03-03-2001. Not a single word is published in any newspaper. When we sent fax to Enadu main office, Hyderabad, no response.

On 19-11-2000 all of my IIT basic students [7 members] & EAMCET students [7 members] seized to come to the classes & one of student parent Mr. Sankar Reddy claimed me to refund the fee to him as all other students had stopped to come & I repaid the fee to him after collecting the receipt from them stating the same. Later one by one remaining students came to classes. Now the house owner is not allowing us to stay in house but students' parents demanding us to refund the fee as we bounced the classes.
Sir, is that not organized harassment?
I request you to take action legally or as per administration on guilty.
