We are in receipt of your letter ref. cited above on 04-05-`07 and we are very very thankful to you for the same. In due course we were driven out from our accommodation, in this juncture, I`m writing this to your kind notice.
In 1992, I lodged complaint against Mr. Ramoji Rao, Chairman, Enadu group of companies regarding his spying activities against India to the then P.M. of India Mr. P.V. Narasimha Rao. I followed it up from 2005 to the P.M. of India Mr. Man Mohan Singh, President of India Sri A.P.J. Kalam, and Mrs. Sonia Gandhi AICC President as I am facing organized harassment by Mr. Ramoji Rao.
It was moved from New Delhi to the local police station in March 2007. According to the instruction of the Circle Inspector of Police, Sri Sailam, we had given statements to him on 08-03-`07. In that statements, we sticked on our complaint on Mr. Ramoji Rao.
Within 5 days i.e. on 13-03-`07, the Deputy Executive Officer Mr. Krishnayya and E.O. Mr. Hari Jawaharlal issued cancellation of our room i.e. accommodation at Sri Sailam in which we are running a pre-school and private teaching from Nursery to 7th class with 60 students since 4 years. The D.E.O, Mr. Krishnayya claiming me that, “I never saw such a lady. Being lady, she put petitions on gents. She put petition on Mr. Ramoji Rao, on Chandra Babu Naidu and on me. That’s why I cancelled the room’. In Sri Sailam village, being permanent officer, D.E.O. had full authority; and as a sympathizer of Mr. Ramoji Rao because of caste, he is wantedly harassing us.
When we approached the local police station with written complaints, the S.I. and C.I. said that, “The C.I.D. enquiry is going on Mr. Ramoji Rao`s harassment. Your room cancellation matter, we can`t do anything, because the entire rooms and cottages belong to Endowments only. This is not criminal case, so that we can`t take any action to help you. If E.O. ask us to attend Panchanama to evict your room, we have to come for it.”
At Sri Sailam in local area Kothapeta, some assigned land is there. Local endowments employees, business people constructed houses there and giving them on rent. When we tried to take house on rent there, in mean time, E.O. had issued notices to the house owners to shift their residence to their own houses from Devasthanam allotted cottages. Mr. Markandeya Poojari confirmed us regarding this. So that, terrible scarcity of accommodation is created there.
When we tried to take room in Choultries, there also we got negative result. At least more than 100 families are residing in rooms in choultries of different caste societies at Sri Sailam on monthly rent because of the scarcity of rooms here. But on 08-05-`07, when we approached Mr. Narayana Murthy, Secretary of Sri Krishna Devaraya Choultry [Balija Satram] cum Vice President of Sri Sailam Choultries Association, he told us that “Recently E.O. had conducted meeting with us and declared a notification. According to it, we should not entertain families on monthly rent. We are going to vacate already accommodated families”.
When we tried to take room for 2 days [i.e. temporary stay] like a pilgrim to solve our problem by staying there in Reddy Choultry, there also I got negative reply as the management had taken decision to don`t give room for local people for any reason.
Hence result we lost accommodation and occupation once again. Now we are taking shelter here and there. We are forwarding the entire particulars of this case for your ready reference.
Sir, by bringing the disputes to the notice of Government, did we lose the right to live? This is repeated experience to me to loss everything and to restart the life with zero since 1992.
Hence, we request your good self to protect us from this harassment and to help us to lead peaceful life.
